Summary

I connect people, tools, and processes so teams stay organized, communicate clearly, and move work forward. My background runs through customer and order operations, supply chain, construction, mortgage operations, executive support, and nonprofit organizing. The consistent work across all of it has been clarifying ownership, improving workflows, and building practical systems that make the job easier for the people doing it.

Experience

Customer Service Representative I, Customer Operations and Order Management

Oct 2025 to Jul 2026

The Toro Company · Bloomington, MN

  • Managed domestic parts and wholegoods order cases for dealers and distributors in SAP and Salesforce, researching availability, available to promise quantities, backorders, shipments, substitutions, order status, and fulfillment issues.
  • Identified a recurring timing mismatch in shipment scheduling and made the case for changing when shipments went out, so the receiving team had product when it was useful and domestic capacity was freed during the busiest stretch.
  • Built an ETA and availability workbook and a Power Automate reporting workflow that consolidated fragmented order information into one review view.
  • Designed a Unit Down escalation process with intake minimums, ownership rules, and waiting status follow up, documented as a reusable playbook adopted across the team.
  • Used Power BI, Excel, and operational reports to review case volume, aging, backorders, fulfillment delays, and recurring process issues, then translated the patterns into recommendations for leadership and internal partners.
  • Turned fragmented processes and informal training into checklists, decision guides, onboarding notes, escalation paths, templates, and transition documentation.
  • Prototyped a Copilot Studio knowledge assistant grounded in approved internal sources, leading with governance: source of truth, ownership, and human review on anything requiring judgment.
  • Coordinated across Sales, Inventory Control, Planning, Manufacturing, Distribution, Transportation, and customer support to resolve constraints, clarify ownership, and provide accurate updates.

Executive Assistant II, Integrated Supply Chain Operations

Feb 2025 to Nov 2025

The Toro Company · Bloomington, MN

  • Supported the Chief Supply Chain Officer and Integrated Supply Chain leadership across planning, manufacturing, logistics, and operations through meetings, communications, executive materials, and follow through.
  • Ran structured one on one discovery with leaders at multiple levels using the 5 Whys and DMAIC, mapping stakeholders, clarifying ownership, and surfacing where communication gaps were slowing execution.
  • Drove a stakeholder alignment effort that moved planning conversations from assumption based commitment toward honest assessment of what the team could actually deliver.
  • Consolidated team structures, ownership information, and recurring workflows into operational reference materials that improved role clarity and continuity through a leadership transition.

Executive Assistant, Sales and Marketing Leadership (Contract)

Aug 2024 to Feb 2025

Mortenson · Minneapolis, MN

  • Managed complex Sales and Marketing leadership priorities through executive scheduling, meeting preparation, stakeholder communication, and structured follow up across concurrent workstreams.
  • Prepared agendas, materials, communications, and recurring planning routines that kept teams aligned on leadership priorities.
  • Ran vendors, budgets, logistics, attendee communication, travel, expenses, and day of execution for company and team events.

Business Development and Executive Assistant, Business Operations Support

Jun 2021 to Jan 2024

Reduced Fee Mortgage · Remote and Lakeville, MN

  • Built the company onboarding and training library in Trainual, converting recordings and informal knowledge into structured, reusable guides, standard operating procedures, and checklists.
  • Created Google Sheets, Salesforce, and Zapier workflows that reduced duplicate entry and made recurring information easier to track and share.
  • Taught myself state by state licensing requirements, verifying each directly with the state rather than relying on secondhand summaries, then documented the process so the knowledge did not stay in one person's head.
  • Ran operational workflows across more than 30 vendors and stakeholders and trained employees on shared tracking processes and documentation.
  • Supported the CEO across executive priorities, recruiting, employee administration, vendor management, team coordination, events, marketing, and internal communication.

Executive Assistant and Marketing Assistant

Feb 2019 to May 2021

KMS Air Duct Cleaning and KMS Construction · Minneapolis, MN

  • Prepared proposals and bid documents for government agencies and contractors using PlanGrid and Adobe InDesign, and trained team members to use the platform for proposal and project workflows.
  • Ran communication and follow up among leadership, sales, field teams, vendors, clients, and customers across active construction work.
  • Supported the owner and teams through scheduling, meetings, customer communication, project documentation, marketing, and recurring administration.

Campus Organizer, Community Engagement

Sep 2015 to Apr 2018

  • Developed and supported bystander intervention programming with students, campus partners, community organizations, and external agencies.
  • Recruited participants, facilitated meetings and learning sessions, ran outreach, and supported fundraising and community events.
